Build-a.link is an outreach platform (the "Platform") via which businesses can reach out to relevant content creators and engage them to develop highly efficient campaigns to raise awareness about the business brand (the "Service") offered from time to time to Users ("Users" or "you") at www.build-a.link (the "Site"), doing business as Build-a.link (the "Company," "we," or "us"). Users of the Service may be further identified herein as "Business Users," "Content Creators" or "Agency Users." Where the term "Users" is used independently such terms shall apply to all.

Please do not supply any other person’s personal data to us unless we prompt you to do so.
Google user Data
At Build-a.link, We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models
At Build-a.link, we do not use data obtained from our customers’ Google accounts for advertising purposes; this includes personalized, re-targeted, and interest-based advertising.
If you choose to connect a Gmail account to Build-a.link, we will ask you to grant Build-a.link application permissions to access your Gmail account. These permissions are necessary to sustain the functionality of our Services, as intended and described in Terms of Use. In particular, we will need to access your inbox folder to detect replies to emails that have been sent, and also to send emails on your behalf.
Also, we will store your authentication token and account email address. This data will be securely stored to be used by Build-a.link to provide you with the Services (including but not limited to logging into your account, sending emails via the Build-a.link platform, accessing emails you sent, and viewing replies you received). Under no circumstances will this data be voluntarily shared with any third parties; Build-a.link could only provide this information to legal authorities upon their lawful request. Should you choose to disconnect your Gmail account or decide to close your account, any information from Google that is stored on our servers will be removed permanently.
Build-a.link’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our employees, contractors, and any human, in general, are not allowed to access your personal information, including the data obtained via Google API. We could access user data only after obtaining the user’s affirmative agreement. We may need access to the user data to resolve a support issue, provide advice on service usage or provide any other help, requested by the user. Also, we can access such information when/if necessary for a security investigation or comply with applicable laws.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific person. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to the Company Service or otherwise participating in the Company Service, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Company Service, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile carrier information, mobile device information, or general and/or aggregated location data that does constitute Personally Identifiable Information. We, and/or our authorized Third-Party Service Providers, may automatically collect this information when you visit or use the Company Service using electronic tools like Cookies and Web beacons or Pixel tags, as described below in this Privacy Policy.
